Challenges of Governance: The Responsible Corporation in the Global Economy

The objective is to focus on the state of corporate affairs and the changing relationship(s) between business, society, policy-making and management education during the current crisis and in the emergence from it.

In the opening and introductory chapter, EABIS President Gilbert Lenssen comprehensively sets the context and offers insights on the four papers which follow. The individual papers of Nigel Roome, Jeremy Bentham, Philippe Haspeslagh and Raj Sisodia then provide a diffuse polyphony of the crisis and offer new perspectives informed by theoretical analysis and personal experience.
