Education providers frequently work together in partnership but today’s
frenetic pace usually forces people to concentrate solely on developing
and delivering a specific project; rarely can business and education
partners spend time on other matters that might allow them to improve
the overall way they work together, such as more fully understanding
each others’ needs, processes, objectives and aspirations. The day will
serve:
- for corporates to identify key issues, challenges and the
possibility to exchange good practices regarding the organizational
transformation processes on Leadership and Sustainability among peers
and academia based on practical experience
- to foster
business-education dialogue on the role of executive education in
supporting companies during the process of organisational
transformation oriented to CR and Sustainability
- to discuss concrete cases of training and education programmes highlighting limits and strengths of existing approaches
- gain
insights into the decision-making process around the topic that will
allow both the business and academic community to serve as more
effective partners as they work to develop and improve CR programmes,
either from a “supplier” or “buyer” perspective
