Corporate Finance and Governance is concerned with financial and strategic decision-making to meet the organisation's objective of value creation, and the senior management's governance role for achieving it. This module provides managers with the skills and competences to be able to perform at the highest level in strategic decision-making in your organisation.
Key themes include: financing policy; investor and dividend policy; cost of financing capital; changing ownership structures; value based management; value incentive plans; primary treasury functions; the development of corporate governance practice; and board tasks and codes.
