In the Organisational Behaviour course, one of the topics that we stress is decision making, with a particular focus on decision making when faced with ethical dilemmas. In order to make our students see the importance of ethics in business, we confront them with several examples of ethical dilemmas and make them work through some of these either individually or in groups. We also provide them real examples of both ethical and unethical practices from the business world. The aim is to demonstrate to them that business entities are part of a larger society and hence have a responsibility towards it.
