Description

BI Norwegian School of Management has become one of the larger Higher Education Institutions in Norway and one of the largest business school in Europe. BI Norwegian School of Management received, under the auspices of European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), the European Quality Label Equis in 1999. (European Quality Improvement System).
 
The BI faculty holds degrees from American universities such as Wharton, Yale, M.I.T., Harvard, Case Western and Stanford, from Swedish schools such as the University of Lund and the Stockholm School of Economics, and from many European schools such as INSEAD in France, Hochschule St.Gallen in Switzerland, Universität Stuttgart in Germany and the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK.

Dedicated Research Centres

Centre for Corporate Responsibility
The Centre for Corporate Responsibility focuses on the changing relationship of business and society. It supplies and builds competence for dealing with corporate challenges in relation to economic, ethical, social and ecological sustainability.
Centre for Corporate Governance Research
The objective of the Centre for Corporate Governance Research (CCGR) is to improve the insight into how the governance of firms influences the welfare of its stakeholders. CCGR pays special attention to the private industry in general and to non-listed firms and family firms in particular.
