CR Integration

Corporate responsibility (environment/sustainability, social and ethical issues, corporate governance) has been an area of specific interest at ABS for quite some years, both as specific expertise of researchers who are also embedded in their disciplinary areas and, for others, as one of the topics of interest within a wider portfolio. It is integrated in most of the programmes the ABS offers. Themes of study include: corporate governance; companies and climate/energy (innovation, emission trading); consumers and sustainability/CSR; commercial banks’ environmental and social risk management; partnerships for development; green innovation and product development; sustainable/social entrepreneurship; ethical leadership; stakeholder management; CSR communication, branding and advertising; sustainability reporting and assurance; NGO accountability; Governance/CSR in emerging economies; insider trading; shareholders and investors in sustainability/CSR.
