Managing Infrastructure Reform & Regulation
The Management Programme in Infrastructure Reform & Regulation (MIR) strives to be a leading centre of excellence and expertise for Africa and other emerging and developing economies. Based at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, MIR aims at enhancing understanding and building capacity to manage reform and regulation of infrastructure sectors, in support of sustainable development.
Emerging Leaders Programme
The key elements of the programme are two focused and concentrated retreats and the relationship established between Fellows and their respective Coaches and Mentors. The retreats explore such themes as ethics and accountability in public life, strategies for personal renewal and African and other paradigms of leadership and their relevance for those working to transform their institutions and communities.
