• Researching best  practice leadership development for the health sector
• Acting as a broker of leadership development advice and intervention, providing a link between providers and customers
• Acting as a leadership portal for the health sector providing access to e-learning, e-facilitation, e-coaching, e-conferencing, best practice reports and evaluation studies.
