Typical questions to be addressed in the plenary discussions will be:
  • How consistent are providers and clients in analyzing, describing and documenting the business challenge which lies at the basis of the development request?
  • How successful are clients and suppliers at partnering throughout the design, delivery & evaluation of an L&D initiative?
  • How proficient are clients and suppliers at feeding back the impact the L&D initiative had on the people and organisations concerned.

The event will also showcase five outstanding learning and development partnerships from the 2012 EFMD EiP (Excellence in Practice) awards. The winners of the 2012 awards will be announced at the end of June.
