The Master of Science in International Human Resource Management (MSc IHRM) trains future top-level International Human Resource Managers. It provides the future manager with the wideranging and highly developed skills to pursue an international management career that addresses the issues involved in the management of people across international borders, wether this is in Europe or globally.

Stakeholders today expect a firm to produce solid financial results but to do so in a socially and environmentally responsible way. Companies need leaders capable of balancing stakeholders' demands and managing people and organisations in a global environment.

The objective of the PhD Programme is to educate participants to the level of professional researcher capable of producing new knowledge in the field of management in academia, consulting or corporate environments. This is accomplished through the process of learning how to and then completing an original piece of research of sufficient quality to be publishable in academic journals.

Tracks: Although portions of our open-enrollment programs may address these issues, it is not the focus of any one particular open offering.
